EPATT's Middle School Group helps parents and their students develop the necessary mindset, skills, and resources to achieve the goal of being ready for life AFTER high school. What is your child’s plan for high school and beyond?

To start, let’s talk identify goals you have for your child. Second, identify goals your student has for themselves. Then, work on a goal sheet together! Find a quiet place in your home and have a conversation with your student. Snap a picture of the goal sheet and email to carmen.chavez@epatt.org.
