 Is your child already in an EPATT program or have they participated in EPATT in the past (tennis, tutoring, learning hub, after-school, intersession, online, etc.)?

STEPS TO APPLY

The EPATT application process includes four parts:

  • EPATT household application

  • Please upload your child’s most recent report card (S1/S2, T1,T2, T3) + standardized assessment (CAASPP or SBAC) scores here

  • Complete our online waiver form.
