Xochilth Aguila
An East Palo Alto native, Xochilth was an EPATT student from kindergarten through eighth grade. Those years taught her that strong mentor relationships and a supportive community are essential to anyone’s success. In 2021, she returned to EPATT to coordinate the elementary school group, then left a year later to pursue a degree in Sociology and Education at UC Davis. Now back as the TOPSPIN Student Success Coordinator, Xochilth is dedicated to removing educational barriers for historically marginalized communities and empowering students to see the value in their own experiences.

Dr. Jing Ge-Standnyk
Jing brings over six years of teaching and research experience in UC Berkeley’s Department of Anthropology. She holds a Ph.D. in Marketing Communication and a master’s degree in Marketing Management, with a decade of industry experience spanning business strategy, marketing, and project management. She has a strong background in student mentoring, leadership development, academic success, and career readiness.
